APA Transportation Planning Division Offers Cash Awards For Papers

The National APA Transportation Planning Division has announced a student paper competion with cash prizes to be awarded. The deadline for submittal is Friday, February 4, 2011. Winners will be announced at the APA National Conference in Boston on April 9-12, 2011.
